In addition to the Member States of  the European Union (EU) the following States have acceded to the ATA Carnet Convention:


Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Australia, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, China (Fairs and Exhibitions), Ivory Coast, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, India (Fairs and Exhibitions), Iran (particularities), Iceland, Israel, Japan, Canada, Korea (Rep.), Lebanon, Macau, Madagascar, Malaysia, Morocco, Mauritius, Macedonia, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Russia (particularities), Switzerland, Senegal, Serbia (Ask for regional applicability), Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Africa (with Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia and Swaziland), Taiwan (C.P.D.) *), Thailand, Turkey (particularities), Tunisia, Ukraine (particularities), USA (Commercial samples and professional equipment), United Arab Emirates (Fairs and Exhibitions), Belarus (particularities).
