Mind for Shooting
As the main task of the BVG lies in the transport of passengers, the normal operation of trams must not be hindered. Film shoots, which reduce the safety for the driver and the passengers, cannot be permitted.
At night, between 1.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m., shooting is allowed on the entire network.
For shooting on public streets you need also a permit of Berlin authorities - see Filming on Public Streets and Roads.
The track network plan is digitalised and can only be handed out if previously arranged.
During public events shooting is usually not permitted, due to the expected amount of passengers.
Projects, which are detrimental to the image of the BVG, cannot be permitted.
For shootings which are not possible on public streets or roads BVG is pleased to lend her depots and to give advice for difficult sets.
