Filming in Public Busses (BVG)

Berlin public busses are operated by the Berlin public transport system (BVG). The vehicle pool is comprised of double-decker buses, standard buses, extended-length buses and various special models. The BVG bus system has 9 repair shops at its disposal.

Contact to BVG Public Busses

For film shoots a permit can be obtained from the Berlin public transport system, the BVG - Press Office.
The BVG is pleased to assist the shooting of historical events and can arrange contacts with associations which have expertise with the historical knowledge of the Berlin bus system.

Berlin has 9 central bus stations. For each one the corresponding station manager decides if film companies can shoot on the premises. For shooting on public streets and roads the main office of the BVG give permission.

Detailed information on public busses of the Berlin public transport system you get on the BVG website.
