The weekly fee applies to the weekly regular working hours of 40 hours agreed in the general contract for film and television professionals under TZ 5.2.
II. 1 Scope:
1.1.
For the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.
1.2.
Matter on fact: For non-publicly organized companies producing films. 1.2.1. This collective wage agreement does not obtain advertising films.
1.3.
Personal: For all Film and TV professionals – like stated in the collective agreement -who are working directly in a context of a film or TV production.
These are, in particular, activities in the trades: directing, production, equipment / set design, camera, performing artists (actors, singers, dancers), image editing / film editor, sound, post-processing / VFX, lighting / camera set, Make-up, costume design, special effects, stunt as well as assistants of the aforementioned sectors and filmmakers in similar or other activities directly related to the production of films.
1.3.1.
This does not obtain film and television professionals who are exclusively engaged in dubbing.
