The Central Road Traffic Authority of Berlin issues an exception according to Section 46 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulations.
Driving with emergency lights is generally only permitted in cordoned-off areas.

Please note that the route of the vehicle driving with emergency lights must be entered in the traffic sign plan.
